1 lata pequena de atum
1 colher de sopa de azeite
Pimenta q.b.
1 maçã fuji
1 colher de sopa de vinagre de vinho branco
4 folhas de alface ou rúcula
1 pão médio sal a gosto
Modo de Preparação
1.Coloque numa tigela o atum, o azeite, a pimenta e o sal. Mexa vigorosamente com uma colher até obter uma mistura homogénea. Reserve.
2.Lave a maçã, seque-a, corte em fatias finas e coloque-as noutra tigela. Regue-as com o vinagre e reserve.
3.Lave as folhas de alface, seque-as bem e reserve.
4.Abra o pão no sentido horizontal. Disponha as folhas de alface, as maçãs, espalhe a pasta de atum e delicie-se.
